Keptic runs in your Mac menu bar. It captures every copy, categorizes it with on-device AI, detects credentials, and syncs your full history to iPhone via iCloud.
macOS 26+ · iOS 26+ · Apple Silicon required for AI features
Keptic replaces the single-item clipboard with a full, searchable, categorized history that follows you across devices.
Every Cmd+C is captured and stored on-device. 200-clip free trial, then unlimited with Pro (up to 5,000 in history). Text, links, code — scroll back hours, days, or weeks.
Clips are classified as code, links, emails, addresses, or credentials using Apple's Foundation Models. Nothing leaves your device.
Passwords, API keys, and tokens are flagged automatically. Configure auto-deletion after 1, 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours.
Copy on Mac, see it on iPhone. CloudKit handles sync — encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple, with app-level AES-256 encryption for credentials. Offline-first, automatic.
Find any clip by text, category, source app, or date range. Pro users get AI-powered semantic search.
Pin templates, snippets, and frequently used text. One click to paste into any app.

Keptic uses Apple's Foundation Models framework to classify clips. The model runs locally on your Apple Silicon — no network requests, no cloud processing, no data leaves your machine.

There is no Keptic server. We don't collect analytics. We don't have your data. Your clipboard stays in two places: your device and your iCloud account.

Copy a code snippet on your Mac, pull it up on your iPhone. Keptic uses CloudKit to sync everything — automatically, securely, offline-first.
Cmd+C as usual. Keptic captures every clipboard change from the menu bar.
On-device AI classifies each clip — code, URLs, emails, credentials — within milliseconds.
Press Cmd+Shift+V on Mac or open the iPhone app. Search, filter, pin, or paste.
Start with a 200-clip free trial. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited clips, up to 5,000 history, and AI features.
All plans are purchased through the App Store. Cancel anytime. Restore purchases in Settings.
On macOS, Keptic polls the system pasteboard using a standard Apple API — the same mechanism any clipboard app uses. On iPhone, clips arrive via iCloud sync from your Mac. Keptic never reads the iOS clipboard directly.
Yes. All AI runs locally using Apple's Foundation Models framework. No internet required, no data sent anywhere.
Your existing clips stay accessible, but new copies won't be saved until you upgrade to Pro. Upgrading removes the trial limit entirely and lets you keep up to 5,000 clips in your history.
Your clips remain on your device and in iCloud. New clips stop being captured once you've exceeded the 200-clip trial limit.
macOS 26 or later for the Mac app. iOS 26 or later for the iPhone app. AI features require Apple Silicon (M-series Mac or iPhone 15 Pro and later).
Keptic uses pattern matching (free) or on-device AI (Pro) to detect passwords, API keys, and tokens. Detected items are flagged and hidden. You can configure auto-deletion after 1, 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours in Settings.
