By using Keptic ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Keptic is a clipboard management tool for macOS and iOS. It captures, stores, and syncs clipboard history across your devices using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. All AI processing (categorization and sensitive content detection) is performed on-device.

2. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is central to Keptic. As outlined in our Privacy Policy:

• Clipboard data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
• We do not operate servers that process or store your clipboard content.
• The app does not collect analytics, telemetry, or tracking data.

3. Subscriptions (Keptic Pro)

Keptic offers a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, a Pro subscription is required to continue saving clips.

• Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Keptic is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we prioritize security (including AES-256-GCM encryption for credentials), we are not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or damages resulting from the use of the App.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
